The following General Terms of Use of the Website and its Services ( hereinafter referred to as <<Terms of Use >> or <<General Terms of Use >> ) constitute the legally binding terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of the Website and its Services, including any use of software, services, features, functionality, content, websites and hyperlinks or any other applications provided from time to time by the Company on the Website and/or its Services.
However, you should be aware that the role of TotosTravel & TotosTransfer is twofold, acting in a self-interested and intermediary capacity.

The Company << TotosTravel & TotosTransfer >> enables the Tourists/Travelers through its Website and its Services to use any service available on its Website, by firstly disclosing that it provides you, ex officio, ONLY Transfer Services.In any other Use of the Website Services, the role of the Company named << TotosTravel & TotosTransfer >> is Organizational/Intermediary.

The Company << TotosTravel & TotosTransfer >> informing you above that its self-appointed role is ONLY Transportation Services and/or in Combination with other Tourism Services, also wishes to inform you that it uses its own vehicles fully inspected by the Competent Transport and Communications Authority and equipped with the necessary Operating Documents, as well as the drivers of the company’s vehicles under the name << TotosTravel & TotosTransfer >> have the necessary documents and Legal Documents to work as Professional Drivers in the Company.

Our Company often due to the workload of its cars and due to the volume of bookings through the website and its Services, uses External Partners Drivers of Private and Public Vehicles who have signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Company and comply with the General Rules and Terms of Use of our Services. We select our partners after evaluating them and after agreeing on all areas of Compliance with our Company’s Rules of Operation.

In addition to the core role of our Company, which is ONLY Transfer Services, << TotosTravel & TotosTransfer >> Company also acts as an Organizer/Advisor Company for various Tourism and Organized Vacation Services/Holiday Packages included in its Website.

-✓-. POLICIES FOR MODIFICATION – RENEWAL OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF TRANSACTION

Our Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, renew, delete, add or limit these Terms of Use in whole or in part, its Policy, Services, Website Technical Specifications or other Changes in its sole discretion and/or when any modification as above/below is required by law, possibly without your prior notice or consent, however within the framework of business ethics and limits set by law. It is clarified that any changes to these Terms of Use do not cover reservations of other Transactions and Usage of the Website and its Services that have been made prior to the effective date of the Changes and have been accepted by our company. However, in the event that Users require any clarification or information regarding the Changes or in the event that they have any dispute, reservation or question regarding the Changes, prior to any action they take on the Website, they should contact our Customer Support team. Any action, use or transaction made by Users on the Website, including the use of the Service itself, after the Changes, shall be deemed to be their unconditional acceptance.

•✓•. DRIVER AND VEHICLE INFORMATION

• Our Company, before hiring a driver and joining the active staff of the company, checks first of all whether he Complies and Possesses all the Necessary and Legal Documents for the Profession of Driver.
In exactly the same way, we also operate / evaluate external partner drivers of private and public vehicles before we draw up the legally binding partnership agreement between us.

• Also, our Company makes sure that all its Vehicles undergo a Periodic Inspection and that they comply with their Necessary Operating Specifications and also that they definitely have the necessary Legal Documents for their Use.
In exactly the same way, we operate / evaluate the vehicles of external partners for private and public use before we draw up the legally binding partnership agreement between us.

Our Company having Evaluated its Drivers, its Cars, its External Driver Partners and their Cars, wants to make it known to you / to inform you that it DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INCIDENT, (CRASH, ACCIDENT OR ANYTHING ELSE) CAUSED OR OCCURS DURING A ROUTE. AS THE COMPANY’S DRIVERS AND OUTSIDE PARTNER DRIVERS HAVE THEIR LEGAL WORK DOCUMENTS AND SINCE OUR VEHICLES AND THE VEHICLES OF OUR OUTSIDE PARTNERS ARE FULLY INSURED, MR. IN ANY EVENT, THE GREEK POLICE AND THE INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVE IT.

•✓•. LEGAL STATUS OF THE COMPANY

• Our Company represents you and its drivers in every service provided through its Website or booked through the call center or with your presence in person at our offices and guarantees the quality of the Transportation Services, the completion of the Transportation and the behavior of its drivers.

• Our Company has very carefully studied each of the Tourism services that it has posted on its website and is at your disposal and is responsible for the correct organization of its services and their implementation having evaluated all the parameters for the correct implementation and conduct of its services.

• Transportation Services, Brokerage Services and any other type of Tourism service available on our Company Website are/are available for personal, non-commercial use only. Therefore, you may not resell, deep-link distribution, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce any content or information, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

•✓•. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES POLICIES

• We do not operate our service in every city. To find out if we can serve you in your particular destination or location or region or city, you should contact us.

• To book your transfer on our Website, you must provide us with certain information such as …: your real personal details (name and surname) and real contact details (email – phone number), the place of collection, the date and time, your place of destination, flight number (in case you arrived by plane), ship name (in case you arrived by ship), the actual number of passengers we will pick up and the actual number of luggage have with you, so that we can arrange the appropriate vehicle to pick you up. You must accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy if you wish to book your transportation with us.

• You are solely responsible for submitting your actual personal data when booking a Transfer Service or any other service provided through our website.

• The process of booking one or more Transportation Services will be completed after your payment has been made in the third step of the process.
When you complete your reservation, you will immediately receive an email confirming your reservation, where this immediately means for you that you have secured your pickup from the point you have designated as a pickup point and therefore also our Transportation Service.
Very soon or as your booking approaches in the calendar you will receive a second email with the details of your driver, the driver of our Company who will be responsible for welcoming you to our city and our country.
Please note that in the unlikely event that no suitable vehicle – in terms of capacity – is available at the scheduled time and day of your transfer booking, we reserve the right to split your transfer into separate vehicles at no additional cost, in order for the pick-up your to take place and be hosted properly.
We also reserve the right to refuse a hold order for any reason, including legal and regulatory reasons. If we are unable to provide you with the transport services or any other service posted on our website, we will inform you as soon as possible and if you have already paid for any of our services which we are unable to provide, we will give you a full refund and in full your money on time.

•✓•. TRAVELER SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

• You have the right to cancel a Transfer Service or any other service posted on our Website, but which you have already booked through Us, at any time by contacting the Company either by telephone at the telephone number provided in the confirmation email or Our website or by email sent to………………………………………….

• If we receive a request to cancel a Transportation Service from you up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, we will give you a full refund.

• If we receive a request to cancel a Transfer Service from you less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time, in this case there is a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid at the time of completion of your booking, which we will retain. The remaining 80% is returned to you.

• If we receive a request to cancel a Transfer Service from you less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, it will be considered by us as a last minute and NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation, resulting in a 100% cancellation and NO refund to the traveler.

•✓•. PASSENGER CHANGE REQUEST POLICY

• You can contact the Company by telephone, at the telephone number provided in the confirmation e-mail or on our website or at …………………… ……………….
and request to change any of your booking details up to 12 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

• Depending on the changes requested, the price of the Transfer Service may change. In this case you will be notified of the cost of the new price for the Transfer Service or any other Service you have selected through our Website. If the cost of the new price is less than the original booking, you will be refunded the difference. If the cost of the new price is more than the original booking you will be asked to pay the difference.

• The Company cannot accept any changes to transportation details requested less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In this case, the transfer will either be performed as

•✓•. FREE WAITING TIME AND NO SHOW POLICY FOR TRAVELERS

• We definitely take into account the pickup time you originally set. However, our waiting time is determined by the arrival time of your flight and amounts to a 60 minute waiting time. After you have arrived, our driver will contact you after 15 minutes via the app ( Whatsapp messenger ) or by phone to confirm your arrival. If our driver is unable to contact you or you with him for any reason, he will search to find you in the corresponding arrival hall of your flight using the airport announcement service. If ultimately this is not possible within 60 minutes of your arrival, then your pickup will be considered a Non-Show-Traveller and our Guide will leave, after first informing our company that he cannot find you by any of the above contact methods but not in the valid arrival hall of your respective flight.

• Our Company offers the following free waiting times depending on the type of booking of the Transfer Service …:

✓• Airport : 60 minutes
✓• Port, Railway Station, Bus Station: 20 minutes
✓• Hotels and other type of accommodation: 15 minutes
✓• Other Pickups (Including sightseeing or swimming) as agreed with the Company or your Guide.

• Our free waiting time starts counting from the scheduled arrival time of the Plane, Ship, Train, Bus.

• In case it is a group of travelers arriving on several flights and landing at different times and have booked a transfer service, we suggest adding the details of the last arrival flight.

• It is important for us to know that We take the Airport’s Strict and General Arrivals Policy very seriously, which does not allow us to have a long waiting time inside the Airport Arrivals area with our cars due to increased traffic / crowding. For this reason, we ask you to have your mobile device activated and connected to your network, and you can also connect to the free Internet provided by the Airport so that the driver can contact you directly through the application ( Whatsapp messenger/Viber ) or through telephone communication.

•✓•. EXTRA WAITING TIME POLICY

• Additional waiting time is defined as / is the additional time beyond the free waiting time offered by the Company and for which a traveler asks the driver to wait for him.

• You can ask your Driver or the Company to wait for you longer than the predetermined free waiting time offered by the company either in advance or afterwards by contacting your driver or the Company ideally in good time.

However, you should know that the company ONLY guarantees the predetermined free waiting time.
If you need to request additional waiting time and the assigned driver can cover it, there will be an Additional Charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time in excess of the company’s predetermined free waiting time depending on the type of car used for the transfer.

• The additional waiting fee depending on the type of car is defined as follows:

✓ For Sedan / Station Wagon Car: 10 Euro / 15 Minutes

✓ For a Mini Van Car: 15 Euro / 15 Minutes

✓ For Mini Bus Car: 20 Euro / 15 Minutes

• The payment of the fee for the extra waiting time can be made either in cash directly to the Driver, or electronically to the Company by sending you a payment link, before the start of the transfer.

•✓•. TRAVELER NO SHOW POLICY

• We hereby inform you that it is fully covered by the “FREE WAITING TIME AND TRAVELER NO SHOW POLICY & EXTRA WAITING TIME POLICY.

•✓•. AIRPORT ARRIVALS POLICY

• For an In Schengen flight:
In this case and after you have NOT contacted the driver using the communication methods we have defined, the meeting with your driver will take place inside the arrival hall B (In front of the Pharmacy or In front of the Mini Market AB), the points are in which the driver will look for you holding a sign with your name and the Company logo.

• For a flight outside Schengen (Out Of Schengen):
In this case and after you have NOT contacted your driver using the communication methods we have defined, the meeting with your driver will take place inside the arrivals hall A ( Before / Opposite exit door 2 or Next to the information ), are the points where a guide will look, holding a sign with your name and the Company’s logo.

We totally respect the effort you make to get to our country and our city.
We absolutely respect the money spent through our Website and our Company in general, for a few or many days of vacation, for a few or many beautiful moments. We respect ourselves as well as we respect our Company staff and produce quality and efficient working time and NO Stress.

We are always punctual and true to our time except for the unexpected, which we make sure is not visible to you and we give our staff the possibility to use the delay of the Academic Quarter (15 Minutes of Excused Lateness), after they give first notice.
We want Transparency, Not Lies…!!!

•✓•. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE POLICY

• You are Solely Responsible when Booking your Transfer Service, to declare the actual number of your luggage, as well as your actual personal information.

Baggage is considered to be:
✓ A medium to large backpack.
✓ An average suitcase, whether it is hand luggage or check-in (The volume must not exceed 100 lt)
✓ONLY your wallet, a small backpack or business bag or a laptop is allowed inside the Car.

If additional items are carried, such as prams, baby carriers, sports equipment, collapsible wheelchairs, musical instruments, etc.
*You must mark / declare these items in your booking in the NOTES in advance and add a note describing them, so that we can send the appropriate Transport Service Vehicle.

* Attention: Each Vehicle of our Company has been designated by its driver or by our company to transport a certain number of people and luggage.
* We reserve / have the right, our Company and the respective Driver of the vehicle, to refuse the transportation service if it does not match your reservation.
* However, if such a booking issue arises, more passengers / luggage than the original reservation, with good will / agreement from both sides, our driver or the External Partner driver, is obliged to first inform the Customer Service Department of our company and on the other hand, in cooperation between the two, to find an additional available vehicle to complete your transport safely, with the corresponding cost of the initial booking charges.

• If any cancellation occurs due to an unexpected cause such as, a sudden injury, a sudden death, bad weather, strikes, air piracy, arson or any other similar force majeure that is not directly controlled, then www.totostravel.com & www .totostransfer.com will take it seriously and refund you the money of the service or transfer service reservation in full 100%.

•✓•. POLICY AND OBLIGATIONS OF TRAVELERS

*By using our website you agree:

• Provide complete and true information on our booking form
• That you will not use our Website for any illegal purpose that may harm the integrity of the Company, its Reputation, its Brand and generally its proper functioning
• To treat the Drivers and in general the Staff of the company with the corresponding respect in their effort to serve you
• Do not obstruct the driver by disorienting him, causing any kind of fight or damage inside the vehicle
• Do not in any way prevent the driver from driving safely during your transport
• Do not take any action that may cause wear or damage inside the vehicle without the consent of your driver
• That the consumption of food or drink inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited during and until the end of your transport
• Do not board the vehicle with dirty or contaminated clothing
• Do not engage in any type of inappropriate, abusive, gesticulating, provocative or threatening behavior during your carriage
• Pay close attention to the behavior of small or large children inside the vehicle for their safety
• That you guarantee and declare that at your own risk and expense you will immediately take all the necessary measures and in any case fully compensate the driver in case you cause any kind of wear or damage inside or outside the site, even if you get dirty in your ignorance while it did not exist before.
